Nestled in amongst the theatres, bars and tourist traps of London hotspot Piccadilly is Grace Bar. Piccadilly is a notoriously difficult spot to find a good quality gaff that doesn't feel like a tourist tour's stop off so full marks to the quirky and unique Grace Bar that has already set itself apart. Alongside a stellar wine list, Grace Bar shouldn't be frequented without at least sampling something from their gorgeous cocktail menu. Whilst all the classics are catered for - the Mojito was one of the best we've had in ages - it's their signature concoctions that will really get the evening started. Our favourites were the Plum Pie Crush - a blend of aged rum, plum jam and pomegranate and lime juice that just took the sweet edge off of the preserve - and the Aprikos Fool, a vodka-based tipple with apricot jam, brandy and lemon juice which was the perfect first drink of the night. Don't forget to ask for... The mini fish and chips for nibbles. We're salivating just thinking about them. The perfect plus 1, is... Your BFF - the cocktail list is the perfect accompaniment for a big catch up. -140 verdict: Just. Try. The. Cocktails.
