‘Under the Sea’ Breakfast Competition

RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to ‘Under The Sea’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 7th May to Friday 11th May 2012 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Sussex & Surrey.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must tune into the Heart Breakfast show and listen out for the cue to call the studio line on 08457 102 103 (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. he opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
4. One caller will be picked at random and asked to correctly guess the song that Heart Presenter Jack the Lad will sing - but there is a catch - the song will sound like it’s underwater! There will be one winner selected each day of the competition.
Eligibility:
5. Entrants must be available from 9.30am on Saturday 12th May to attend the Sealife Centre in Brighton exclusive VIP family day out.
You will not be eligible to play on air unless you are available to attend.
Prize:
6. Each winner will receive:
• A VIP day out at the newly refurbished Sealife Centre in Brighton before anyone else on Saturday 12th May.
• Each winner can take up to 5 guests.
• Each winner will be provided with a goody bag for the family full of Heart and Sealife Centre goodies.
• Vouchers for lunch will be provided.
• Winners will be taken on a tour of the Sealife Centre (joined by Sealife Centre Representative) and enjoy an up close and personal experience with some of the underwater creatures.
7. No cash alternative or different prize available. If winners are not available to attend the prize will be offered to another entrant picked at random.
