RULES
1. The following rules together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Simply the Best Events - The Labyrinth Challenge (the competition) which will run on Friday 20th July 2018 on Heart Thames Valley (The "Radio Station").
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. The competition will take place during Heart Breakfast on Friday 20th July, between the hours of 06:00 and 09:00
4. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 03454810011 when directed by the presenters.
5. Lines will open at the time stated by the presenter on air, and remain open for ninety seconds. Calls will be charged at standard network rates.
6. The presenter will choose one Entrant at random from all the calls after 90 seconds.
7. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
8. The winner will be announced on air and contacted by Heart to arrange the prize.
Eligibility:
9. Entrants must be 18 or over.
10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
11. One winner will win four tickets to the Labyrinth Challenge and Labyrinth Village in Reading and £250.
12. Tickets will only be valid at the following event between Saturday 21st July to Sunday 22nd July - The Labyrinth Challenge, Outpost Activity Centre, Richfield Avenue, Reading, RG1 8EQ.
13. Tickets cannot be transferred to any other Labyrinth Challenge event.
14. The £250 will be in the form of a cheque and sent to the winner's address within 28 days.
15. Prize redemption/delivery will be discussed with the winner.
16. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
